The West Hartford Youth Basketball League (a.k.a. WHYBL) is a non-profit, 501(c) 3, volunteer association made up of parents and other adults interested in promoting the sport of basketball. The objective of the league is to instill in youth the principles of good citizenship, good sportsmanship, and teamwork through knowledge of and association with the competitive sport of basketball. The WHYBL is associated with the All Sports Council of the Town of West Hartford.   

We're getting ready for another exciting year of West Hartford Youth Basketball. As an additional way to communicate with the parents, players and coaches we will continue to use this website. All weather related cancellations will be posted at the top of this page. During the school week there will be no practice when schools are closed due to weather or vacation. On the weekends, if there is no info on this page, then games are as scheduled. The site will only list cancellations. Check back each week for game results and the most current news and information.
